How does it work?

Jump on a call with one of our team members so we can do a bit of a deep dive into your current situation to make sure its the right fit.

If it makes sense to work together we will onboard you on the call.

The program is 3 Fold

You will get a 1:1 personal intake with George or Anna so they can really get an understanding of your business and prepare a comprehensive business plan for you.

You will get onboarded into our Skool community as well, so that you can start getting help immediately - your 6 month membership starts after you come to the masterclass.

Then you will attend our 3 day Masterclass so that George and Anna can pull apart your business and rebuild it with a winning plan so that you can hit your goals in the next 12 months.

How quickly can I get results?

The real answer depends on how much work are you willing to put in and how quickly are you willing to move.

Is this just another Generic Seminar?

Nope.

We only work with up to 20 business owners at a time so we can give you the 1 on 1 attention you deserve.

After attending the masterclass you get 6 months access included in the program

Beyond that we have Done For You services which means we can implement any part or all of your plan for you - This is unlike any other "coaching" program out there.

So that's what we do. Anything you don't want to do yourself - we can do it for you so you can keep moving at lightning speed and hit your goals in record time without being dragged into the boring tasks that you don't have time for.

Do I need a business plan to start with you?

No - We do it all for you.

But as you know a plan isn't worth the paper its written on if you don't know how to implement it.

That's why the program comes with

Masterclass so that you can workshop that plan and make sure its the right plan for you

6 months support afterwards so you are accountable to your goals and have the support there to make changes to your plan when you need to

What hours does it run?

Day 1 registration starts at 9 and we finish at 5:30

Days 2 and 3 are 8:45-5:30

Is this a sales event?

No

We do have done for you services beyond the program which we will let you know about, however there are no lengthy sales pitches and absolutely no obligation to buy.

If it makes sense and you qualify for these services we can talk about it then.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course, for an additional cost.

Is this something I should repeat or is it one and done?

We have had multiple members come back and repeat and we recommend you use the framework and re strategize every 6-12 months. We are teaching you corporate planning strategies and part of that is revisiting your situation when the time calls for it. The best part is, you are learning these strategies in the masterclass so that you don’t need to come back if you don’t want to. People just love the environment and chose to come back and go through it again because they get so much out of it every time.

What makes you so different to other coaches?

Most other coaching programs provide big rooms, general education and lots of hype. We hated that approach because we know that trade and service based business owners need 1:1 support not just education. So we built a program that facilitates that. Tailored business plans prepared by the directors for a minimum amount of clients, 1:1 attention and focus in our masterclass and then get access to the people that built the plan with you every day of the week on the skool platform.

And unlike other coaching programs that promise results, we deliver them. If you choose to work with us ongoing, you get us and our team of specialists essentially working for you to drive the results and outcomes for your growth.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we have internal cashflow options available.

Is the masterclass suitable for beginners?

No, If you haven't run a business before this is not for you. You must be trading for a minimum of 6-12 months and have a turnover of minimum $100k. This is a by application basis only so we pick and choose who to work with because we want to make sure we can get you results. If we don't think we can, we wont let you in.

What type of business would get the most value/best results?

Trade and service based businesses that are turning over between $500k to $15M per annum. George and Anna work best with those businesses because they've both spent 15-20 years specialising in those industries.

You have grown the business from the ground up and you're in a spot where you're stuck and cant grow anymore with the skills and resources that you have available. You're lacking proper systems and even if you did have them you cant implement them because you're probably the biggest bottleneck in the business and you spend your days grinding away working in the business instead of on it and you're frustrated and need a change. Basically you've built a monster that you cant control and you need help taming it, that's the type of business/owner we work best with because we know you want to move and implement and get out of the prison you've built.

What is your success rate with past clients?

Most clients that do the business plan, pay attention and commit fully to the masterclass, attend all the skool calls and implement what we plan together see results anywhere between 2x-10x within the first 6 months depending on the business

How much does it cost?

There are different options available for different businesses and situations but we don't do any "12 month lock in" programs or anything like that its a one time fee to get you going.

As long as you've been in business for 6-12 months minimum and have $100k turnover OR you've run a business before and looking to start a new venture and you fit the rest of the criteria then yes we can help.
